What is the best time to visit Nepal, Tibet and Bhutan?+
October–November and March–May give the clearest mountain views across all three countries. Bhutan's tshechu festivals run in spring and autumn, the Kailash yatra window is May–September, and winter fills Phobjikha Valley with cranes.
How much is a Nepal tourist visa?+
Multiple entry: US$30 (15 days) · US$50 (30 days) · US$125 (90 days), issued on arrival or via the online ETA. Under-10s are free (except US citizens); SAARC nationals get one free 30-day visa per year. Always confirm on the Department of Immigration.
What extra permits do Everest, Annapurna and Langtang need?+
Everest: Sagarmatha park US$28 + Khumbu fee US$17. Annapurna: ACAP US$25 + TIMS US$17. Langtang: park US$25 + TIMS US$17. Trekking guides are compulsory in Nepal — our quotes include all of it, filed before you land.
What is Bhutan's Sustainable Development Fee?+
US$100 per guest per night (₹1,200 for Indian/Bangladeshi/Thai passports), funding free healthcare, education and conservation. Children 6–12 pay half, under-5s nothing. We show the SDF as its own line in every quote — see tourism.gov.bt.
Can we combine Nepal, Tibet and Bhutan in one trip?+
Yes — that's our specialty. Common chains: Kathmandu heritage + overland to Lhasa; or Bhutan festivals paired with a Pokhara finish. Fly Paro⇄Kathmandu directly, and we handle every visa letter, permit and transfer between the three countries.
